Born and raised in South Seattle, Jawan Harris founded King's Dream Business Consulting in 2020 to combat the gentrification and displacement reshaping the city's struggling minority-owned business districts — bringing an activist's approach to business management, backed by a background in Armed Forces logistics, a decade of multi-location market and territory sales management, and a degree in retail management from American Military University. King's Dream has since served 400+ small businesses directly, with government agencies pursuing economic development among its largest buyers, all in service of Jawan's ethos: to advance micro-economies by arming oppressed groups with financial freedom — the freedom to create jobs, launch social programs, build generational wealth, preserve cultural identity, and live a life of dignity.

Andrew started his professional experience with cameras and content creation at the beginning of COVID-19, although he was familiar with cameras previously. After accumulating over 40 million views in viral videos in just one year, he decided to go all into digital marketing and found a passion for his new career. Andrew graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor's in business management. This helps him understand how businesses operate, which he can leverage to figure out what marketing strategies will work best for individual companies.
