Terms & Conditions
Part A. Website Terms
Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by King's Dream Business Consulting, LLC ("King's Dream", "we", "us"), a Seattle, Washington business. You can reach us through www.kingsdreamconsulting.com/contact-us. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy, resell or scrape it, send malicious code, interfere with its security, submit false information, or harass or discriminate against others. We may limit or end access for violations, and we may decline to offer services to a person or business on lawful grounds.
3. Information on the site
Content on this site is general information about our services and small-business topics. It may not be complete or current, and we may change it at any time. It is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation. See the advisory disclaimer in Part B, section 1.
4. Prices and offers
Prices shown on the site apply to purchases made while they are shown. A price change applies to new purchases and to renewals after we give you at least 30 days' notice. Fixed-price Solutions are priced in a written proposal before you pay, and that price does not change unless you agree to a change in writing. If we make a pricing or description error, we may correct it and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your account and payment
Give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Third-party tools and links
The site may link to or use tools from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms. Read their terms before you use them.
7. Comments and submissions
If you send us comments, ideas or testimonials, you let us use them to run and improve our business. We will not publish your name or business with a testimonial without your permission. You confirm that what you send does not violate anyone's rights. We are not obliged to respond to or keep submissions confidential unless we have agreed to in writing (see Part B, section 8).
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of this site.
9. Intellectual property
The site, our templates, guides and materials belong to King's Dream or its licensors. You may use them for your own business as described in Part B, section 7. You may not resell or redistribute them without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, King's Dream and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless King's Dream and its owners, officers, employees and contractors from third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or someone's rights.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using the site at any time. Cancelling a paid plan follows Part B. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these Terms, and we will give notice where reasonably possible. Amounts you owe for services already delivered stay due.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally: contact us and give us 30 days. If it is not resolved, the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date. For changes that materially affect paid plans, we will give notice by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms, Part B and any signed proposal are the whole agreement between us for the matters they cover. If a signed proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal controls for that engagement.

Part B. Plans & Services Terms
1. What we provide, and what we don't
King's Dream gives business advice and support to small businesses and nonprofits. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, lender, investment adviser or insurance agent, and our advice is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or lending advice. Consult a licensed professional on those matters.
We do not guarantee outcomes such as funding, loan approval, revenue, profit, customers or hiring results. Results depend on your business, market and actions. Capital Access Consulting helps you prepare applications and connects you with lenders; lenders make their own decisions, and we do not take a percentage of what you raise.
2. Monthly plans
- Plans: Essentialists ($400 a month), Empowered ($1,000 a month) and Enterprise ($2,500 a month). What each includes is listed on the Monthly Plans page when you buy.
- Free trial: Plans start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your payment method on file is charged the first monthly price.
- Auto-renewal: Plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access to the plan until then. We do not charge cancellation fees on month-to-month plans, and we will confirm your cancellation by email. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
- Refunds: Monthly plan charges are not refundable once billed, and we do not prorate partial months, because the plan's services are available to you for the whole period. Exceptions: (a) we will refund a duplicate or incorrect charge; (b) if you were charged for the first time after your free trial and you contact us within 3 business days of that charge, before using any session or add-on credit from that period, we will refund that first charge in full; and (c) we will refund where the law requires.
- Changing plans: You can move up or down; upgrades take effect when you confirm them, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. We confirm the new price before you agree.
3. Prepay plans
If we offer a prepay plan (for example 6 months or a year billed upfront), its price, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at purchase and confirmed in writing. Included add-on credits still refill monthly.
4. Add-ons and monthly credits
Add-ons (bookkeeping, social media, SEO & AEO, email marketing, website management, HR and Sales Manager) are monthly services with the scope shown on the Monthly Plans page. Empowered includes one add-on credit a month and Enterprise includes three. Unused add-on credits do not roll over; each month's credit expires at the end of that month's renewal period. Add-ons can be cancelled on the same terms as monthly plans.
5. Solutions and proposals
Solutions are fixed-price projects built around one goal, starting at $2,500. The price, deliverables, dates and payment schedule are set in a written proposal before you pay. Scope changes are agreed in writing. We need your timely input, documents and access to deliver on time; delays caused by missing input extend the dates by the same amount.
6. Delivery Guarantee
For Solutions, we guarantee every deliverable listed in your proposal by the date in your proposal. If we miss a date for a reason within our control, we keep working at no extra charge until the deliverable is delivered. The guarantee does not cover delays caused by missing client input, scope changes you request, third-party delays outside our control, or any business result (see section 1).
7. Digital products and materials
Downloadable products, templates and guides are licensed to you for use in your own business, not for resale, sharing or republishing. Because digital products can be copied once delivered, all digital product sales are final once you have downloaded or accessed the file. If a file is defective, does not match its description, or was never delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund you. We do not give refunds because you changed your mind or bought the wrong item. Free downloads are provided as is.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business and financial information as confidential, store it securely and use it only to serve you. We will sign a mutual NDA on request. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver your services and are bound to protect it, with your permission, or where the law requires.
9. King's Royalty Points
Clients earn points as listed on the Royalty Points page, currently 1 point for every $1 spent on plans, tickets and products, 10 points for every session, and bonus points for actions such as RSVPs, signing up and following us on social media. Redeeming: Points are redeemed for credit toward bookings and events, in the form of a percentage discount on one eligible item per order (the lowest-priced eligible item in your cart). The rewards and their point costs are posted on the Royalty Points page and may change; as of the last update they are 50 points for 5% off, 100 points for 10% off, and 200 points for 20% off a booking, and 100 points for 10% off an event ticket. Points cannot be used toward monthly plans, add-ons, products, sales tax or gift cards, or to buy more points, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold or exchanged. Earning: Points are earned on amounts actually paid, not on taxes, refunded or reversed charges, or amounts paid with points or discounts. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove the points earned on it, and if those points were already redeemed we may deduct them from your next reward. Expiry: Points expire after 12 months of no use, meaning 12 months with no points earned or redeemed on your account. Any earning or redeeming activity resets the 12 months for your whole balance. Where we have your email address, we will try to remind you before points expire. Account and fairness: Points have no cash value, are not your property, and are forfeited if the account is closed for a violation of these Terms or if we find fraud, abuse or misuse of the program. Program changes: We may change or end the program, or its earning and redemption rules, with at least 30 days' notice by email or posting on the Royalty Points page. If we end the program, you will have 30 days to redeem your balance. Where the law treats points as stored value, we will follow it.
10. Referrals
When you refer a business to King's Dream and that business buys a monthly plan, you and the referred business each earn 500 Royalty Points, subject to section 9 and these rules: (a) the referred business must be new to King's Dream, with no prior paid purchase, and must sign up and buy through your personal referral link from the King's Dream Refer A Business page (referrals are tracked there, and a business that does not use your link cannot be credited); (b) you cannot refer yourself, a business you own or manage, or a business with the same owner, household or payment method as yours; (c) the reward posts after the referred business's first paid plan payment (after any free trial) has cleared, and is removed if that payment is refunded or charged back before 30 days have passed; (d) rewards are not earned on a trial that is cancelled; (e) we may limit rewards for suspected abuse, and may decline or reverse any reward obtained by fraud, spam or misleading promotion; and (f) you may not pay for advertising that uses our name or brand to promote your referral link without our written permission. We may change or end the referral reward under section 9.
11. Email and text messages
By joining our email list or newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. We do not send marketing text messages. If you give us your mobile number when you book, we use it only to send text messages that confirm, remind you of or reschedule a meeting you have scheduled with us. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency depends on your bookings, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time (we will then confirm meetings by email).
12. Testimonials and case studies
We will not publish a client's name, business, results or words without written permission, which you can withdraw for future use.
